Vivapura's Coconut products are farm fresh and made to order for Vivapura. The coconuts are opened and low-temperature dried while they are still fresh. They are harvested from a single plantation in the Philippines and immediately brought to the on-site, certified organic production facility where they are packed and immediately shipped to Vivapura. We are proud to offer the freshest, most delicious, 100% organically produced coconut chips available. Unlike most dried coconut chips, ours are completely free of artificial ingredients (many contain sulfites to keep them white). High in caprilic acid (anti-viral, anti-bacterial), lauric acid (anti-fungal, antiseptic), fiber and protein, these chips are not only delicious but healthy as well.
