The rounded corners of this bag add strength and make it easier to squeeze and clean. Simple to clean with hot water and reuse - sanitary and long-lasting.

Suggested Uses
Soak most nuts or seeds in water for about 6 hours (Google search for the exact times for each nut/seed).
Rinse nuts/seeds.
Blend about 1 cup of nuts/seeds with about 8 cups water. (Preferably use a high-power blender such as a Vita-Mix or Blend-Tec.)
Add sweetener such as Yacon Syrup. Blend again briefly.
Pour about 3-4 cups of blended liquid at a time into Nut Mylk Bag.
Squeeze gently over a glass or pitcher. Mylk will flow out easily.
Semi-dry nut pulp will remain in bag. Remove pulp from bag.
Dehydrate the nut pulp for future use in raw cookies.
Clean bag by hand by rinsing in hot water. (You can also throw it in the washing machine after rinsing.)
Use mylk on granola, in cooled chai tea, or enjoy mylk 'n cookies.
