These delicious California Almonds are enzyme and nutrient rich, delivered to you in their truly RAW natural state. By comparison, all "raw" almonds grown in the US are steam or chemically pasteurized by law.  Because we have been able to specially source our almonds they are not required to be pasteurized.  They are truly raw, full of life force and are naturally tasty!!!
Suggested Uses
  • Almond Mylk: Blend Almonds and add sweetener to taste - try yacon syrup. Strain through a nut mylk bag/cheesecloth (or not).
  • Chop and add to salads.
  • Add to granola, trail mix, or desserts.
