How do I return an item?

Returns Policy: If you have received a damaged item, please contact us before sending it back. We also require a photo or pdf of the damaged items in order to reimburse your purchase. We will be happy to replace the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unopened products within 30-days of your order date for store credit in the amount of the product purchase price.
Once your returned product has arrived to us in good and re-salable
condition, we will gladly issue you a “gift certificate” by E-Mail. This
certificate is valid for one (1) year, and you may use this certificate online,
or by calling us directly to place your order. We also charge a 20% re-stocking
fee, as we re-bag and re-label the product before putting the product back on
the shelf for re-sale. We are unable to reimburse for product shipping or
Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15.00. Shipping returns to us must be pre-paid by the customer, and the product return is subject to a discretionary 20% re-stocking fee.

Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of packaged products (after 7 days no returns are allowed) • - special orders have a return policy of 30 days. After the 30 day period no returns are accepted for special orders. You must contact us within the 30 day period of receiving product for a refund. • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any equipment orders (blenders, juicers, dehydrators). If the item is damaged in shipping you must notify us within 7 days to receive a replacement. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
