Coconut Palm Sugar is produced from the sap of the Coconut tree. The sap
boiled, then dried and pulverized into a powder.
Palm Sugar contains more nutrients than other sweetness including
Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc,Iron,Vitamin C, and many of the B Vitamins. it contains a fiber called Inulin, which may slow glucose absorption and explain why coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index than regular table sugar.
