Returns and/or Refund Policy:
No returns are offered for any ingestible hemp products, such as green hemp seeds and CBD oil.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund of the full purchase
price, less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase at our discretion. Placing an order by mistake or to soon or forgetting the order was placed isn't a valid reason for us to accept a return. We will gladly offer a full return minus shipping charges incurred if there is something visibly wrong with the product. This applies to all products on our website except for ingestible hemp products, such as green hemp seeds and CBD oil.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned orders that come back in unsalable condition (bags creased, marked, dented,etc) . You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. The products
must be sealed and unused.
Free Shipping Orders
For any orders that received free shipping you will be charged the original shipping charges for your order when it was originally placed if you return the order without a valid reason. Placing the order by mistake, to soon or forgetting isn't a valid reason for us to accept a return.
If a shipment is refused you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to ship the item to you at the time of the order. We don't offer exceptions to this as we can't be responsible for shipping charges we incurred just because you changed your mind, made a mistake or ordered to soon, etc.

you have received a damaged item, please contact us before sending it back. We require a photo (pdf.) of the damaged items in order to reimburse your purchase. We
will gladly replace the item or issue you a full refund.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested
for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our
warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure
it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product
must be made within 48hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed
information for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame.
