Returns and/or Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the full purchase price, less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. The products must be sealed and unused. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damaged Products:

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us before sending it back. We require a photo or pdf of the damaged items in order to reimburse your purchase. We will gladly replace the item or issue you a full refund.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame.
